Call for Papers (AAG) - Peatland Dynamics

We are calling for papers for one or more PEC paper sessions at the Association of American Geographers Annual Meeting in Chicago, April 21-25.

This session(s) will focus on peat ecology, and the use of peatlands in paleoenvironmental reconstruction. Topics for papers may include, but are certainly not limited to, peatland ecological or hydrological dynamics, 
peatland floristics, regional distributions of peatlands, reconstruction of vegetation history using pollen analysis, paleohydrology reconstructions using peat stratigraphy, humification analysis, and/or testate amoebae studies.

In order to participate in this session, please register for the AAG Annual Meeting, and provide us with your abstract and program identification number (PIN) by November 4, 2014.  We will submit the seesion(s) by the November 5 deadline.
